Yes — every lead is 100% exclusive to you. We do not resell, recycle, or distribute the same lead to multiple buyers. When a lead is delivered to you, it’s yours alone.

🟡 Are your leads TCPA compliant?

Absolutely. All leads are sourced from campaigns where the homeowner has given clear, express permission to be contacted. We follow strict TCPA compliance standards to protect your business and ensure ethical marketing.

🟡 How fast do I receive leads?

Orders placed before 12:30 PM PST begin delivery the same day. Orders placed after that start the following business morning. Leads are delivered in real time, so you can contact prospects while their interest is fresh.

🟡 Do all the leads come at once?

No — leads are delivered in real time as they’re generated, not in one big drop. By default, we cap delivery at 4 leads per day to help you maintain call capability and avoid overwhelm. If you'd like a different pace, just let us know and we’ll adjust it to match your workflow.

🟡 Can I pause delivery if I need to?

Yes. Just let us know by sending an email with your info and order number to solarhoundleads@gmail.com, and we’ll pause your lead flow immediately. You stay in control at all times.

Each Solar Hound Lead includes:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Full home address

  • Utility provider

  • Estimated monthly power bill

  • Roof shading info

🟡 Where do your leads come from?

All leads are sourced through trusted solar marketing channels. We work closely with vetted partners who specialize in generating real homeowner interest — not cold lists or scraped data. Every lead is opt-in, exclusive, and screened for basic qualifications before delivery.

We currently generate exclusive solar leads in key U.S. markets, including:

🟡 What qualifies as a lead I can swap?

A lead may be eligible for a one-time swap if it clearly doesn’t meet basic expectations. Valid reasons include:

 

  • Lead was misrepresented at point of entry:

    • Disconnected or invalid phone number

    • Wrong person or contact

    • Lead did not request solar info

  • Lead is ineligible for solar service:

    • Not a homeowner

    • Outside your coverage area

    • Wrong utility provider

    • Power bill too low

  • Lead behavior prevents legitimate outreach:

    • Hostile, abusive, or aggressively uninterested

Swap requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery. We review all requests quickly and fairly.

🟡 Do you guarantee results?

No lead source can guarantee a close — and we don’t believe in making promises we can’t keep. What we do offer is exclusive, high-intent, verified leads so you can focus on converting, not chasing. Your close rate ultimately depends on your process, installer criteria, credit thresholds, and follow-up strategy.

🟡 What kind of close rate should I expect?

While results vary by rep, market, and follow-up process, many clients see 3 to 5 deals per 25-lead bundle when the leads are worked properly. The biggest success drivers are fast contact, clean qualifying, and a strong sales flow.

🟡 Why do you offer leads in bundles of 25?

We’ve found that 25 leads is the optimal batch size — enough to generate momentum, track performance, and see a real return without overwhelming your pipeline. Smaller batches often lack the runway to produce meaningful results.

🟡 Can I order less than 25 leads?

Not at this time. The 25-lead minimum is intentional — it gives you a real chance at conversations, credit approvals, and closed deals. We want to set you up for success, not just give you a sample.

🟡 Can I order more than 25 leads at once?

Yes — many clients order 50, 75, or even 100+ leads depending on their market size and team structure. If you’re scaling, we’re ready to match your pace.

🟡 What if I’m new to solar or transitioning from door-to-door?

Totally fine. Many of our clients are moving from traditional door knocking to inbound sales. As long as you can follow up consistently and qualify homeowners properly, our leads can help you grow. High intent is just the beginning — the close is up to you.
